The goal of the NDLR conferences is to bring together scientists and clinicians to discuss emerging paradigms and breakthroughs at the forefront of leukaemia research and treatment, from the molecular basis of leukaemia to new therapies emerging in the clinic.

Student Registration

A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card.  Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate.  Student registrants are entitled to the following:

  • All sessions
  • Satchel: program booklet, proceedings/abstract book and list of participants
  • Social functions: Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner
  • Morning and afternoon teas, lunches

Please note:  A copy of your student identification card must be sent to the Conference Managers via email  Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.

Day Registrants

Day Registration entitles delegates to the following:

  • All sessions on the nominated day
  • Program booklet
  • Morning and afternoon tea, lunch on the nominated day

Registration confirmation

Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.  Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.

Name badge

Each member of the conference will receive a name badge upon registration.  The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.


Payment Options

Credit Card

Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card.  Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex Pty Ltd’.

Cheque / Money Order

All payments by cheque incur a $10 processing fee and will only be accepted up until 1 February 2018.  Please download the hard copy registration form and mail the completed form with your cheque to the Conference Managers.  Cheques are to be made payable to New Directions in Leukaemia Research Meeting.  Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque.  Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank.  No other currency will be accepted.  After 1 February 2018 , all registrations and accommodation bookings must be submitted online with credit card details or by calling +61 2 9265 0700.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Meeting Managers

Registration Fees: Before 11 January 2018 will incur an A$100.00 cancellation fee. Before 16 February 2018 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid. After 16 February 2018 there will be no refund.

Accommodation:  A minimum one night’s deposit must be paid or credit card details given at time of booking to guarantee reservation One nights deposit is non-refundable at 21 February 2018.

Social: Payments are non-refundable at 16 February 2018.


The program is correct at the time of publishing.  The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the meeting timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice.  Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Meeting Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Meeting Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Meeting for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Meeting and/or its content at their sole discretion.
